FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Receipt of Partial Satisfaction of Final Judgment from Evan Anderson - Lydia Capital
Oklahoma City, OK, October 10th, 2008: H. Thomas Moran, II, the Receiver for Lydia Capital, LLC received a check in the amount of $1,120,588.05 from the bank of Evan Anderson as partial satisfaction of the $1,124,000 that Even Anderson was ordered to pay pursuant to the Final Judgment entered by the court on September 12th, 2008. In addition to the cash settlement, Mr. Anderson was ordered to transfer free and clear title to a condominium located in Boston, MA which would satisfy an additional $676,000 for a total payment of $1,800,000.
Appointment of Receiver
H. Thomas Moran, II was appointed Receiver of Lydia Capital June 1, 2007, by Order of the United States District Court for , District of Mass.
